CITI has completed 60 years of its service to the industry and nation in the year 2018. To celebrate this important occasion, CITI is organizing Global Textile Conclave on 27th & 28th November 2018 in New Delhi as part of its Diamond Jubilee Celebrations. The theme of the event is “Disruptions and Innovations for Sustainable Growth”. There will be a networking dinner on 27th November 2018.

During this two-days long event, interactions with global T&C businessmen, buyer-seller meet, exhibitions, award function, launch of special publication and reports covering the entire journey of the CITI and T&C industry will be showcased. It will in nutshell cover the entire textile value chain from “FARM to FASHION” and will be one of the largest ever Textile Industry event. The event will not only offer the participants the opportunity to interact with a very select group of 800-1000 peers from global textile & clothing industry, but will also provide them a platform to brainstorm, share and gain key insights over a period of 2 days into the present and future of this resurging, dynamic sector. We would be delineating the disruptive ideas, innovative technologies and best practices for a sustainable growth in the textile and clothing industry. We are also having separate Sessions with “Partner States”, “Partner Countries” and Senior Government Officials.

On this spectacular occasion, we have invited the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji to inaugurate the Global Textiles Conclave 2018 on 27th November 2018 and the Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind Ji to deliver the Valedictory Address.

Hon’ble Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, Shri Suresh Prabhu and Hon’ble Union Minister of Textiles, Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani, have confirmed to attend the mega event. Other senior government officials, policy makers & trade experts from Ministries of Textiles, Finance, Commerce, Agriculture, Labour, etc. and related departments will also be invited to deliberate on important policy aspects.
