Sub.: Request to attend PSAC’s session at the ICAC 80th Plenary Meeting – reg.

Dear Sirs/Madam,

This is to inform you that the 80^th Plenary Meeting of International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) will be held virtually from 29^th November – 01^st December 2022. It will feature the Private Sector Advisor Council (PSAC’s) session, ‘Regulatory Policies by Governments that Could Negatively Affect the Consumption of Natural Fibres’.

Details of the meeting are given in the below link. Interested members are requested to kindly register themselves at given link and participate in the above-mentioned Plenary meeting.

The ICAC is an association of members of cotton producing, consuming and trading countries. ICAC serves the cotton and textile community through promotion, knowledge sharing, innovation, partnerships and providing a forum for discussion of cotton issues of international significance. Its vision is Prosperity through a sustainable cotton industry.

The PSAC has been formed recently under the aegis of ICAC to replace its predecessor, the Private Sector Advisory Panel (PSAP). This is the first-ever committee that represents all sectors of the cotton textile supply chain.
