This is in continuation to CITI circular no. Cir(078)/2022 dated June 2, 2022. Members are informed that Ministry of Commerce & Industry has notified a revised Appendix 4R under Para 4.59 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 for exports made from 16.01.2023. The revisions in 432 HS codes have been made on account of recommendations of the RoDTEP Committee in relation to apparent errors or anomalies in the earlier notified rates/caps made vide DGFT Notification no.19 dated 17.08.2021.

The revised 432 HS codes consists of 64 Hs codes pertaining to the Textile Products. A detailed analysis of the RoDTEP Schedules of these 64 HS codes as Notified on 9th January 2023 vis-à-vis 1st June 2022 has been attached for your ready reference.

Members may note that the revised Appendix 4R will be applicable for exports made from 16.01.2023 to 30.09.2023.
