Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that the 3rd meeting of the CITI Committee is scheduled on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 5:30 PM at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

The time schedule of all the meetings is given below: –

Day & Date	:	Wednesday, August 30, 2023
CITI Committee Meeting	:	05:30 pm
CITI-CDRA Committee Meeting	:	6.30 pm
TSC Board Meeting	:	7.00 pm
Dinner	:	8.00 pm

We will circulate the agenda papers of the meeting in due course.

As you are aware, the 11th Asian Textile Conference (ATEXCON) is scheduled to take place from August 31st to September 1st, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

On this special occasion, Hon’ble Minister of Textiles, Shri Piyush Goyal, has graciously agreed to inaugurate the 11th ATEXCON as the Chief Guest. We will be periodically updating you separately on the development of the Programme.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, has agreed to give special discounted rates for delegate accommodations during the 11th Asian Textile Conference (ATEXCON). The rates for the Room are as follows:
