In the wake of the ever-changing business landscape and resultant risks and challenges, business organizations need to display high agility and adaptability in realigning their strategies and processes to address dynamic issues and challenges which businesses confront. Sound Corporate Governance frameworks play a key role in helping businesses successfully navigate these challenges. Trust, fairness, integrity, disclosure, transparency, accountability, fulfilling stakeholders’ expectations, social responsibility and equity are the key tenets of sound corporate governance. These principles lay the foundation for continued success, growth and resilience of business entities which in turn lead to development of the economy and the country as a whole.

Against this backdrop, the National Foundation for Corporate Governance is organizing a Roundtable on “Viksit Bharat: Role of Corporate Governance” on Thursday, 14 March 2024 from 4pm to 5.30 pm at New Delhi.

Dr Manoj Govil, Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs will preside over the Roundtable as Chief Guest and deliver the special address at the Roundtable.
