Sub: Request for your participation in the Sponsored Textile Delegation to Milan, Italy (19th to 23rd September 2022)

Italian Trade Commission (ITC), New Delhi, in cooperation with ACIMIT (Italian Textile Machinery Association) is organizing a fully sponsored delegation to Milan, Italy comprising representatives of leading Indian textile companies from India. The scheduled dates for the programme is 19th -23rd September 2022. 

As a part of the sponsored delegation, the delegation will be provided the following facilities:         

 

• Economy class return ticket
• 6 nights hotel accommodation (Check in 18th, Check out 24th September 2022) Breakfast included.
• Local Transfers to and from the Hotel/Industrial Visits in Italy, including airport transfer.

Please find below the tentative programme of the visit:

 

• 18th September 2022 : Arrival in Milan, Italy & Transfer to Hotel
• 19th-20th September 2022: Visit to ACIMIT Headquarters followed by Industry Presentations & Industrial Visits
• 21st -23rd September 2022 : Transfers to Lombardy Piedmont for Industrial visits to Italian Textile Companies in Lombardy Piedmont region.
• 24th September 2022: Departure from Milan

Interested members are requested to send their request for joining the Delegation through the Google form https://forms.gle/Poxvqxv6drDUto7D8  latest by Friday, 24^th June 2022 to the Italian Trade Commission Headquarters and ACIMIT for selection & approval. Italian Trade Commission (ITC) is basically looking for the textile companies who are interested in buying the Italian machineries. They will be assisting the delegates with regard to the Visa Process and other formalities.  Once the application is submitted on the above-mentioned online link, members are requested to inform us through email on mail@citiindia.org for necessary follow up action at our end.
