Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL)

The RoSCTL scheme, launched by the Ministry of Textiles, aims to boost India’s textile exports by reimbursing embedded state and central taxes incurred during production. This effectively reduces the cost of exported garments and makes them more competitive in international markets. The scheme provides transferable credit scrips to exporters, which can be used for paying customs duties, further supporting their businesses.
