Greetings from CITI!

As you are aware that (CITI) is taking a special delegation of CEOs of Indian Textiles & Apparel Companies to ITMA 2023, the world’s largest international textile and garment technology exhibition, scheduled for 8 – 14 June 2023, Milan, Italy.

Kindly note that all expenses for the visit will be borne by the delegates. Please note that CITI will charge Rs. 20,000/- per delegate as the Coordination Fee for Joining the Delegation.

To facilitate your participation at ITMA 2023, special arrangements have been made with the respective Consulate General of Italy in India to assist you in obtaining an appointment for your visa application.

Here are a few important points to note:

• Visa approval is subject to merit of the applicant.
• You must have successfully registered for a visitor/exhibitor badge.
• You must be applying for a business visa using the invitation letter from ITMA 2023.
• You must apply through the VFS centre that is closest to your registered place of residence.

For appointment in Mumbai Mahalaxmi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad and Pune

Book an appointment in VFS Global under the “ITMA FAIR” category.

Last day of submitting an application under “ITMA FAIR” category is 23 May 2023.

For appointment at other VFS Centres, send the following information/documents to mail@citiindia.org by 5 May 2023.

• Company Name
• Name (as per passport)
• Passport number
• Date of arrival in Italy
• Date of Departure from Italy
• Requested location of VFS Centre
• Invitation letter issued by ITMA
• ITMA 2023 visitor/exhibitor badge

It may take about 14 days for an appointment date to be assigned.
