Sub.- Most Important – Request for providing  your valuable input/suggestion on All India Model Contract for Cotton – reg.

Dear Sirs/Madam,

This is to inform you that after having detailed consultations with the industry stakeholders in the 1^st & 2^nd meetings of Textile Advisory Group, the Hon’ble Minister of Textiles, Shri Piyush Goyal has asked Cotton Association of India (CAI) to develop/finalise an all India Cotton Contract for the facility of all stakeholders and to enhance the ease of doing cotton business in India.

In this regard CAI has shared a draft of the Model Contract seeking suggestions of all stakeholders with an aim to have a uniform contract. You are requested to share your inputs within 7 days to enable timely submission of the Model Contract to the Textile Advisory Group (TAG).
