Sub.: Syncing of ITC (HS), 2022- Schedule-1 (Import Policy) with the Finance Act, 2022 (No.6 of 2022) dated 30.03.2022 – reg.

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry vide Notification number 20/2015-2020 dated 7^th July, 2022, has amended the ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy) in sync with the Finance Act, 2022 dated 30^th March, 2022.

In the foresaid notification, Government has notified 38 new HS Codes for Textiles, 73 HS Codes for Apparel and 2 for made-ups while 13 Hs Codes of Textiles, 26 HS Codes of Apparels and 1 HS code for Made-ups have been deleted form the existing list.
