Dear Sirs/ Madam,

This is in continuation to our Circular No.Cir(022)/2023 dated 25.02.2023 regarding Notice for the 2^nd Meeting of the Committee of CITI scheduled on 15^th March 2023 at 6.00 pm in Amber Hall, Hotel Marriott Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We are attaching herewith the Agenda Papers for your kind perusal.

This is to also invite you all again to the 3^rd Global Textile Conclave (GTC) coinciding with the 2^nd Meeting of the Committee and to be held over three days from 15^th, 16^th & 17^th March 2023 in Ruby Hall, Hotel Marriott, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

On the sidelines of the GTC the following events will be held:

On 15^th, the Hon’ble Minister of Textiles, Shri Piyush Goyal, will be addressing the delegates.

On 16^th, we have invited Hon’ble Minister of State for Textiles & Railways, Smt. Darshana Vikram Jardosh, for giving away awards to the winners in the Award Distribution Ceremony under:

CITI Birla Economic & Textile Research Foundation Awards 2022-23

1. Contribution Towards Zero Carbon Mission; and
2. Achieving Excellence in Water Conservation

& CITI Textile Sustainability Awards 2022-23| Knowledge Partner – Texfash.com

1. Award for Expanding Circularity
2. Award for Progress Towards Sustainability
3. Award for Recyclers

CITI is also organising a Fashion Show on the 16^th Evening where the Models will showcase their collection based on Sustainability.

CITI is also organising India Textile & Apparel Fair (ITAF) where participants will be exhibiting their latest range of products & services. We have invited Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Ashok Ghalot to inaugurate ITAF.

We request you to attend the above meeting and all the concurrent events which are coinciding with the 2^nd Meeting of the Committee.
