Sub.: Imposition of Minimum Import Price on Knitted Fabric Categories upto 31^st March 2025 – reg.

This has reference to our earlier circular no. Cir(076)/2024 dated October 03^rd, 2024 about the extension of imposition of Minimum Import Price (MIP) of US$ 3.5/Kg on imports of the certain categories of knitted fabrics upto 31^st December 2024.

DGFT vide its notification no.49/2024-25 dated January 04^th, 2025 has now extended the above imposition of MIP till 31^st March 2025.

The detailed notification in this regard is attached for your kind reference.

Members are advised to take note of this development and plan their imports accordingly.
