This is to inform you that DGFT has issued Public Notice No. 51/2025-26 dated 6 March 2026 regarding the extension of the Export Obligation (EO) period for specified Advance Authorisations and EPCG Authorisations. For more details, notification in this regard is enclosed. Click here

The EO / Block-wise EO period expiring between 1 March 2026 and 31 May 2026 has been automatically extended up to 31 August 2026 in view of the prevailing geopolitical developments affecting global trade and logistics. No separate application or composition fee is required to avail this extension.

Members holding Advance Authorisation or EPCG Authorisation may take note and plan their exports accordingly.
