Dear Sirs/Madam,

This is to inform you that the Ministry of Textiles has extended Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) Scheme on export of apparel/garments and made-ups vide notification dated 31st March 2026.

According to the notification, the RoSCTL Scheme has been extended up to 30th September 2026, or till approval under the 16th Finance Commission cycle, whichever is earlier, without any change in the existing scheme guidelines, rates, and caps.

The benefit will continue to be provided through the existing duty credit scrip/e-scrip mechanism, and the current structure, coverage, and eligibility criteria remain unchanged. For more information, detailed notification is enclosed.
