Greetings from the CITI!

We are pleased to inform you that the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) is organising the 5th Global Cotton Conference on Wednesday, 07 October 2026 in New Delhi, coinciding with the World Cotton Day Celebrations.

The theme of the Conference is “Collaborating for a Resilient Cotton Value Chain.” The event underscores our continued commitment to fostering global dialogue on sustainability, innovation, and economic growth within the cotton sector.

Building on the strong legacy of previous editions of the World Cotton Day Celebrations and the Global Cotton Conference series, successfully organised by CITI with the support of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, the 2026 edition aims to further strengthen collaboration among key stakeholders across the cotton value chain.

The Conference will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, global experts, researchers, and stakeholders to deliberate on emerging challenges and opportunities, and to explore strategies for building a resilient, sustainable, and competitive cotton ecosystem.

There is no registration fee for participation, however, prior registration is mandatory.
