Cotton Balance Sheet for season 2023-24 as per the CoCPC meeting held on 24th June 2024 – reg.

To deliberate upon the cotton production and consumption for the cotton season 2023-24, the third meeting of the Committee on Cotton Production and Consumption (CoCPC) was held on 24^th June 2024 under the Chairpersonship of the Textile Commissioner.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the Central Govt., State Govt., Textile Industry, Cotton Trade and Ginning & Pressing Sector.

The major highlights of the cotton season 2023-24 as compared to 2022-23 are as below:
