We wish to inform you that the Economic & Statistics Division, Office of the Textile Commissioner, is organising a detailed webinar to create awareness among stakeholders regarding the TSRS Portal and its various functionalities.

The webinar will cover the following:

• Registration on the TSRS Portal
• Filing of Statistical Returns, including ASR & MSR
• Raising queries through the portal
• Familiarisation with the functionalities of the TSRS Portal
• Onboarding of member units on the portal

The webinars will be conducted segment-wise on different dates. The session scheduled for 15^th September 2026 at 04:00 PM will specifically cover the Spinning, Ginning & Pressing, and Surgical Cotton segments.

It may be noted that as per the communication received from OTxC and communicated to members vide Cir(52)/2026 dated August 07, 2026, submission of statistical returns is mandatory under the Collection of Statistics Act, 2008. Non-compliance may attract penalties as prescribed under the Act.

Members are requested to kindly take note of the above and participate in the webinar to familiarise themselves with the TSRS Portal and its requirements.
