This is to inform you that the Government has recently constituted a “RoDTEP Committee, 2025” to review the notified remission rates under the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) and Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) schemes. The Committee, comprising senior retired Government officials, is expected to submit its final recommendations to the Government by 31st March 2026.

In this regard, the committee has shared the draft format of below given forms to furnish the audited data by exporters for the financial year 2024-25:

• Part 1 – General Information (To be furnished by individual manufacturer/ manufacturer-exporter at the factory level)
• Part – 2 Export Product level data (For RoDTEP only)
• Part – 3 Export Product level data (For RoSCTL only)

The above three forms are given in attached excel sheet. Members are requested to review the draft format carefully and share their valuable observations, if any, positively by 11 AM, 3^rd November 2025 to enable CITI forward the same to the committee for further necessary action.
