Greetings from CITI!

We are happy to inform you that International Labour Organization (ILO) in association with Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) and the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MoMSME) is organising a conclave on “Promotion of Sustainable Enterprises for Inclusive and Green Growth” on 24^th November 2023 from 09:30 AM onwards in ‘Ganga & Yamuna Hall’, Hotel Shangri- La Eros, Janpath, New Delhi. A dedicated session on “Textiles & Apparel MSMEs – development approaches and industry linkages’ with participation of renowned global experts will be part of the programme. A Concept note and Agenda of the Conclave is attached for your reference.

The conclave aims to bring together policymakers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders from India and other emerging economies in Asia to deliberate on strategies for inclusive local development, and the promotion of market responsive MSME ecosystem. The event will also provide opportunity for networking and dialogue with relevant market players and learn from the experiences of policy makers and practitioners of selected countries.

In view of importance of this Conference, interested members are requested to kindly participate and enrich the deliberations. In case you are unable to participate, kindly nominate concerned senior official(s) from your organisation to attend.
