Notification No.36/2016-Customs (ADD)
The Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No.36/206-Customs (ADD) dated August 02, 2016 intimating that anti-dumping duty on Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (hereinafter referred to as the subject goods), falling under sub-heading 3904 61 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, originating in, or exported from, People’s Republic of China, imposed vide notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.81/2011-Customs, dated the 24th August, 2011, shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 23rd day of August, 2017, unless revoked earlier.”
