Dear Sirs/ Madam,

This is to inform you all that Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) has circulated the draft of IS 5874: 1970 for Specification for Grading of Viscose Rayon Cut Staple Fibres Regular [TXD 31 (21858)] along with IS 17266 : 2019 of Viscose Staple Fibre along with the two amendments.

Members are kindly requested to go through the above documents which are attached for your reference and share your feedback/observations on the same with proper justification before 20^th July 2023 so that the same can be compiled and taken up with BIS in the next review meeting for necessary resolution.
