Sub.: Simplified Online form in manual form for filing the one time Amnesty Scheme – reg.

This is to inform you all that based on the several representations made by CITI and other organizations DGFT had notified the special one-time Amnesty Scheme which was announced in Foreign Trade Policy 2023 for defaulters of export obligation under the Advance Authorisation and EPCG schemes.

Applications for the above-said scheme were to be filed by using the EODC module of the DGFT website. However, several exporters reported many problems while filing the applications in the EODC module of the DGFT website. Accordingly, DGFT vide Policy Circular No. 02/2023-24 dated 23^rd June 2023 has come out with a simplified online form in manual mode details of which are given in the attached notification.

Members are encouraged to avail the scheme and apply for the same within the prescribed timeline.
