Dear Sir/Madam,

We are excited to have you onboard to the 10th Asian Textile Conference (ATEXCON) scheduled on Wednesday, the 17th of August 2022 at Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi. Our earlier circular dated 14th of July 2022 (attached) was the initial request, soliciting your confirmations for the participation.

It is imperative on our part to intimate the ministries about the details of dignitaries participating from the textiles industry so that adequate clearances may be taken in timely manner. Hence, we request you and your colleague’s active participation in this mega event. Please note that this information is required at the earliest.

To give you a glimpse of the conference, please refer to below salient points about the Conference:

• Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Union Minister of Textiles, Commerce & Industry, Consumer Affairs, and Food & Public Distribution has kindly agreed to be the Chief Guest and inaugurate the mega event.
• Smt. Darshana Vikram Jardosh Ji, Hon’ble Minister of State for Textiles and Railways is being requested to deliver the Special Address.
• Shri Upendra Prasad Singh, Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, is chairing the SESSION-I on REBUILDING INDIA’S TEXTILE & APPAREL INDUSTRY
• Other senior government officials, policymakers & trade experts from Ministries of Textiles, Finance, Commerce, etc. and related departments shall be attending to deliberate on important policy aspects. Additionally, top speakers from across the globe would be participating in the deliberations.
