This is to inform you that Ministry of Commerce & Industry is organizing India Pavilion at the Fashion World Tokyo on October 10-12, 2023 at Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Centre, Tokyo, Japan.

 

Fashion World Tokyo is Japan largest fashion trade show & in its 14^th edition, will be showcasing world’s largest fashion market. With increasing demand from the buyers, INT’L FASHION BRAND EXPO is designed to add strong focus on INTERNATIONAL exhibitors. By exhibiting here, you can meet importers and buyers who are looking for International brands.

 

In the last physical edition of the Fashion world Tokyo Fair, there were around 800 exhibitors, 17,103 trade visitors and 7,686 delegates from 33 countries/regions from all over world. It is the ideal platform to find reliable distributors/agents in Japan and take orders from a great variety of retailers.

 

Exhibit Categories: Ladies’/ Men’s Wear, Baby & Kids Wear, Inner Wear, Shoes, Sandals, Bags, Leather Goods, Uniforms, Hats, Caps, Gloves, Belts, Scarves, Socks, Stockings, Wallets, Purses, Various Fashion Accessories, Garment/Knit, Leather Products, Textiles, Fibre/ Yarn, Garment Accessories, OEM services Prints, Machineries, Clothing Accessories, Home Textiles, Jute & Leather Products, Footwear, and Handbags.

 

The event is recommended under Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. After taking into consideration the grant from the Ministry, the participation charges are:

 

Builtup Booth (5.4 Sq.M): @ 2,40,000/- INR *

Participation Fees includes built up stall 5.4 sqm (2m x 2.7m booth) having Fascia Branding with Company Name, Carpeting, 2 spot lights, 2 chairs, one round table, one reception counter, one socket, one waste bin

Note: This fee does not include sending display material, any additional fixtures & furniture in the booth. These are to be borne by the companies. *INR 10,000/- extra for Corner Booth

Booths Available now under highly subsidized cost with airfare reimbursement up to Rs. 75000

 

NOTE:

1. The subsidized participation fee is based on the anticipated grant from the Ministry. In case of any variation the participation fee may be revised.
2. As per DOC, a company can avail MAI assistance up to a maximum of three times (including past cases) for a particular event. Thereafter they shall not be eligible for the subsidy.

 

Eligible companies will be entitled for reimbursement of economy class Airfare on submission of relevant documents after the completion of the event. The amount of reimbursement shall be subject to the approval and quantum of funds approved by the Ministry for the said event (Only One Person Per Company i.e., only Director, Proprietor, Partner, regular officer of the company on Senior Managerial Position will be eligible for the Airfare Reimbursement).

 

The participation charges are non-refundable in any case.
