This is in continuation of CITI Circular No. Cir(161)/2022 dated December 30, 2022. As a trade promotion initiative, BGMEA is leading a high-powered delegation comprising of leading garment manufacturers to New Delhi – Ahmedadad – Surat to participate in trade promotion Roadshows during 9^th to 11^th February 2023. During this visit, BGMEA fraternity would be keen to share requirements, understand Indian capabilities & establish long term business partnerships to source textile materials & invite Indian companies to participate in Trade show cum Buyer – Seller Meet in Dhaka jointly organized along with SOWTEX & CITI

On this occasion CITI in association with SOWTEX – a Tech B2B Sourcing Platform for Fashion & Textile Materials , is organising an Interactive Session on “Scaling Indian Textile Exports | Gateway to $20 Bn Export Market” at 1000 – 1330 Hours on 9^th February 2023 in Hotel Radisson Blu, Mahipalpur, New Delhi. The program is attached for your kind information.

Sowtex is tech aggregator sourcing platform for fashion & textile marterials enabling Indian businesses to connect with cross regional buyers for focused opportunities and is aggreegated community of 20000 B2B users from 10+ countries through date centric approach.

To meet its growing requirements related to garment production, Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) a $45 Billion RMG Members associations are eager to collaborate with Indian fabrics and value-added material suppliers. The interactive session is aimed at addressing the issues and opportunities for scaling sourcing of textile and allied material products from Indian companies.
