Showing your support to the Indian Handloom Sector

We are celebrating 7th of August as the National Handloom Day every year to commemorate the Swadeshi Movement, which was launched on 7^th of August in 1905.

Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji has appealed to all of us to do “everything possible to further popularise handlooms in our lives”. With handlooms being an integral part of our glorious heritage, we request you to support our matchless weavers and artisans by purchasing products made by them across rural India.

The Confederation requests your kind cooperation to publicise this National Handloom Day on twitter and share your picture wearing any Indian Handloom product using #MyHandloomMyPride for next two weeks.

We request you to support our handloom weavers by buying handloom products and sharing the proud moment on social media using the hashtag #MyHandloomMyPride.
